AT-F3045 Complete Sole Ross Flexing Machine China Manufacturer
Whole Sole Ross flex tester is used for determining the flexing resistance of soles, rubber products, PU and other materials subjected to repetitive flexing at 90°.
Test Principle
A pierced whole sole is bent freely about a rod to a 90° angle, and the cut growth is measured at frequent intervals during the test to evaluate the cut growth rate.
The Ross flexing machine is designed to allow one end of the test piece to be fastened firmly to a clamping device while the other end is fixed between two plates, permitting a free bending movement of the specimen during the test. This shoe testing machine shall run at the frequency of 1.7 ± 0.08 Hz (100 ± 5 cpm).
