The ocean depth and pressure simulation test tank is used to simulate various high water pressures corresponding to the desired ocean depths within the rated capacity. It is suitable for deep-sea water pressure resistance testing of fiber optic cables, deep-sea robots, underwater cameras and other products.

This device features a cylindrical tank made of rugged stainless steel to hold water or other liquids at a specified height. Prior to testing, the sample needs to be placed and completely submerged in the tank by gravity or other aids. During the test, the device’s pressurization unit continuously pressurizes the space above the water surface inside the tank until the target pressure is reached. The sample inside the water is subjected to the same pressure. After a specified test time, the sample is removed from the tank to check for damage.

This machine has built-in dual pressure sensors. One pressure sensor is used to detect the real-time pressure during the test, and the other sensor is specially used for overpressure detection, whose setting value is 0.1Mpa higher than the target test pressure. When the pressure inside the tank exceeds the overpressure pressure, the machine will alarm and automatically open the exhaust valve for pressure relief.

The ocean pressure simulation test tank is equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen and PLC control unit for automatic control. Moreover, it supports programmable control allowing you to preset different test groups, and each group can be set up to 5 segments. You can freely set the simulation depth and individual test time for each segment. When the test task of one segment is completed, the system will automatically jump to the next segment for execution. When a group of test tasks is completed, the system will automatically execute the next group of test commands until all preset test tasks are completed. For example, you can simulate 100 meters water depth for 5 minutes in the first segment, then 300 meters water depth for 3 minutes, then 500 meters water depth for 1 minute, and so on.

You are available to tap the touch screen to enter the desired test parameters and start the test. Filling and draining the tank, and opening and closing the lid can also be done automatically by tapping the appropriate virtual buttons on the screen. All real-time test data are presented on the screen for you to monitor.
