Laboratory Muffle Furnace is is a high temperature heating and holding equipment that converts electrical energy into thermal energy to heat the material through electric heating elements.

The muffle furnace mainly consists of furnace shell, furnace chamber and electrical control system.
Furnace Shell
The furnace shell adopts integrated design with a double-layer structure. The surface of the furnace shell is rust-proof and high-temperature resistant paint treatment, and the appearance color is two-color matching design, which is beautiful and decent. The inner layer of the furnace shell is made of thickened cold-rolled plate folded and welded by special technology, and the shell is reinforced with ribs around. A ventilation device is installed between the two layers to ensure that the shell temperature rise is below 35 degrees Celsius.
Furnace Chamber
The furnace chamber uses 1800 type high-quality vacuum adsorption molding high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber material and new materials such as anti-infrared thermal radiation. The chamber is an assembled structure with good thermal insulation performance, durability and high tensile strength.
The inner surface of the chamber is coated with a high-temperature resistant thermal insulation coating, which can effectively prevent ash and slag from falling and has good thermal insulation performance. The thermal insulation material is filled with 1400 and 1260 type alumina brazing materials.
Silicon molybdenum rods are used as heating elements, and the U-shaped heating element is vertically suspended from the top of the chamber to heat the four sides of the furnace. The back of the chamber is equipped with a thermocouple to monitor the temperature in real time.
Electrical Control System
The device is equipped with precise temperature control system and friendly man-machine interaction interface. The control panel includes temperature control meter, touch screen (optional), heating indication, power switch and start-stop button.
The system supports up to 50 segments of temperature raising and lowering procedures, allowing you to program the heating, holding and cooling procedures in step-by-step segments to achieve automation. Touch screen (optional) can achieve the data storage, output, history records, real-time curve monitoring and other functions, with a U disk directly copy function.
The control system of the muffle furnace is equipped with alarm protection functions such as over-temperature, temperature deviation, power leakage, broken coupling, etc., and the heating power supply is automatically cut off in case of emergency.
