The test space features an enclosed vacuum chamber. When its internal air pressure is reduced to a specific value, the environment in which the sample is located is equivalent to that at the altitude corresponding to the air pressure value. Lithium-ion cells or batteries usually require a test air pressure of 11.6 KPa, equivalent to an altitude of 15,000 meters. Our high altitude simulation test chamber can provide air pressure ranging from 5 KPa to 101.3 KPa to meet your different testing requirements.
The control area of our high altitude low pressure test chamber is equipped with a high-definition LCD touch screen controlled by PLC man-machine interface. It is user-friendly and allows you to enter the desired simulated air pressure or altitude. You are also available to preset the pressure hold time according to the test requirements. The real-time air pressure and altitude will be displayed on the screen for you to check. The altitude test chamber has a built-in high-quality vacuum pump, which effectively reduces the noise during operation and improves the efficiency of vacuuming. The pump is stable, reliable, and easy to maintain. The altitude simulation tester will automatically stop after the preset test time is achieved.

For specimens that need to be energized during testing, we install wiring posts on the sides of the vacuum chamber so that power or signal lines can be routed into the vacuum chamber and sealed without leaking the vacuum.
