Each test equipment is calibrated before leaving the factory.
It would be no problem if you request an additional calibration certificate/metrology certificate from an ISO17025 accredited laboratory, but you need to bear an extra cost.

Please specify some necessary details like the machine name or model you want and the test standard you will follow in your inquiry content, which contributes to enabling us to quote accurately.
Normally, our sales engineers will respond within 12 hours (on weekdays) once acquiring your inquiry, and the complete product literature and quotation sheet will be sent to the designated email you left.
After entering the review stage, you can raise any questions about equipment performance, specifications, price, payment methods, packaging, transportation, etc. Our sales and engineering teams will always be at your service.
When all transaction details are agreed upon, we will issue a PI based on the PO received to move forward with the order. The production will be initiated after the advance payment is received.
The equipment is approved for delivery after finishing production, commissioning and calibration. When the balance is settled, we will arrange the delivery according to the agreed method.
After you receive the goods, we will provide professional use guidance and after-sales support.
The lead time for test equipment with stock is about 1-2 working days.
If production is required, the lead time ranges from one week to one month, depending on the supply of raw materials, whether it is the peak season, legal holidays and other factors.

About After-sales
For the vast majority of our equipment, we will install, debug and calibrate them before shipment to ensure that you can run the equipment smoothly upon receipt.
In addition, we will provide you with the user manual and necessary videos or pictures to guide you on the setup and how to use it.
If you need assistance during setup and use, our after-sales staff and engineers will respond and help you in time.
For the equipment that must be installed on-site, our engineers will come to you for on-site installation and training, but it is with an additional charge.
The warranty period of our equipment is 12 ~ 18 months.
During the warranty period, all non-human damaged parts are replaced free of charge.
After the warranty period, we only charge the cost of the accessories.

Depending on the type of test equipment, some require wearing parts and consumables, while others do not. We usually indicate what are wearing parts and consumables in the quotation sheet.
In such a case, we suggest you purchase additional wearing parts or consumables when placing an order. Of course, most of the wearing parts and consumables are obtainable in your local market.
We all know that regular equipment maintenance can facilitate optimal performance and extend the service life, such as keeping the equipment clean and rust-proof and regularly adding lubricating oil to the transmission parts. These are the most basic maintenance, and some of our equipment requires special maintenance. The precautions for equipment maintenance are usually specified in the user manual.
In case the equipment is not working properly, you should contact us as soon as possible and tell us about the fault or error situation. Taking pictures or shooting videos for us is preferable. Only in this way our technical engineers can quickly find a solution for you. Most of the time, it is due to improper operation or damaged accessories. In this case, our engineers can quickly solve the problem through video guidance. During the warranty period, we will freely deliver the spare parts to you for replacement. Beyond the warranty period, we only charge the cost of the spare parts and the transportation cost. Or you can also buy the replacement parts in the local market.

About Packaging
Considering that the test equipment has a large weight and is not allowed to be bumped and squeezed during transportation, we believe the safest packaging method is by the wooden box. The equipment is fixed in a solid case, which can maximize protection.
All wooden cases are made of fumigation-free wood. There is no need to do fumigation separately, which is convenient to enter and exit the customs of various countries directly. We also equipped the wooden case with hinges and locks to facilitate customs inspection. After you receive the goods, take the equipment out of the case, and you are ready to use it.
About Shipment
According to International Commercial Terms, the most commonly used terms are:

For orders with a total equipment weight less than 100 KG, we recommend using DHL, FedEx, UPS and other express delivery for transportation. Express realizes door-to-door transportation. It is the fastest and most labour-saving way of all transportation methods. After we ship it, you sit in the office and wait to sign for the package. The disadvantage is that the cost is slightly higher, but if the weight of the goods is not particularly large, shipping by international express is our most recommended way.
If your equipment is very heavy or large in size, we recommend the sea shipment. Ocean carriage undertakes most of the cargo transportation tasks around the world, and it is the cheapest mode of transportation among all channels. The disadvantage is that the transportation time is long. after the goods arrive at the destination port, you need to provide documents to the customs to complete the customs clearance and pick up the goods before transporting them to your place.
Another mode of transportation is air freight. The goods are transported directly to the nearest airport by plane, and then you need to submit the documents to complete the customs clearance and pick up the goods at the airport back to the final destination.
Which method to use is up to you. If you have any preference for the shipping method, please let us know in advance, and we will respect your choice.
Under the CIF terms, we will purchase insurance for your equipment based on the insurance amount of the CIF price * 110%.
In case of other trade terms, if you also need insurance, please let us know, and we will buy it for you.

After the shipment is ready, we will inform your freight forwarder to pick up the cargo, or we will ship the cargo to your freight forwarder’s address.
The export documents will be provided to your freight forwarder from us to complete transportation.

We can ship your goods to any address in mainland China. Then your other supplier will put it in the container to ship with your other cargo. It is a wise solution to help you save freight costs. You need to tell us your other supplier’s contact information before delivery.
For some European countries, importers must submit CE certificates when importing the equipment. And the CO Certificate can reduce or exempt import duties for you.
For example, Polish customs require CE and CO certificates, and Turkish customs require CE certificates for some equipment.
