Why Does Vacuum Drying Oven Need To Be Vacuumized Before Heated Instead of Being Heated Before Vacuumized?
Why Does Vacuum Drying Oven Need To Be Vacuumized Before Heated Instead of Being Heated Before Vacuumized?
The goal of vacuuming is to get rid of the gaseous water in the specimen which can be pumped out. If heated first, the gas will expand in the cabinet, which has a potential threat to both the specimen and the drying oven.
If heated first, the heated air will be pumped out into the vacuum pump to result in overheating the machine to damage the pump.
Heated air will be exported to the vacuum pressure gauge leading to temperature rise. If the temperature exceeds the given range, the indicated value of the gauge will generate errors.
