Control Cabinet
This concrete compression testing machine has a set of hydraulically manual operation mechanisms. The oil tank and the oil pump are installed in the control cabinet. There are two wheel-operated valves located on the front side of the control cabinet. One is the oil supply valve, and the other is the oil return valve.
When the oil pump is operating normally, once you open the oil supply valve, the oil in the oil tank will be driven by the oil pump through the oil supply valve and enter the working cylinder, pushing the piston to exert intense pressure on the sample. At the same time, the oil is synchronously applied to the pressure sensor through the pressure oil pipe, and the sensor signal is converted and processed by the microcomputer measurement and control system to indicate the test force value. Therefore, you need to manually turn the handwheel clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the loading and loading rate during the test.
When you open the oil return valve, the oil flows from the working oil cylinder to the oil tank through the oil return pipe, and the pressure in the oil cylinder will be unloaded. During the test, make sure that the oil return valve is kept closed.
At the top of the Control cabinet, there is a control panel. Two digital display screens are located In the middle of the control panel. The upper screen displays the real-time loading force value. The screen below shows the real-time loading rate. These data have important guiding significance when you are manually loading. This machine has a peak hold function. On the right side of the panel are rows of keys and the switch for various parameter setting and start-stop. On the left side of the panel is a mini built-in thermal printer that supports the on-site printing of test results. The entire operation panel has a practical design and is convenient to operate and easy to use.
Load Frame
The load frame and control cabinet of this concrete compressive strength testing machine are integrated. The load frame adopts a four-column structure. A fixed thick plate connects the tops of the four columns to form a strong frame to bear the pressure during the test.
A sturdy lead screw passes through the thick plate longitudinally and vertically. The top of the lead screw has a large hand wheel. A metal platen is attached to the bottom of the lead screw. As the top handwheel rotates left and right, the bottom platen will move up and down synchronously.
When the sample is placed on the sample platen, you are required to turn the handwheel until the upper platen touches the top of the sample lightly. The maximum distance between the upper and lower pressing plates is 330 mm. A protective door enclosing the test space is configured to protect the operator during the test.
A working oil cylinder is located at the bottom of the load frame. The cylinder pushes the piston to load the sample during the test until failure occurs. The piston working stroke reaches 50 mm. The maximum loading force of the concrete compression tester is 2000 kN or 3000 kN. When the test pressure exceeds 3% of the maximum capacity, the overload protection is activated and the oil pump motor will automatically stop.
